For working professionals with a talk on the calendar
Your talk is in days.
Be ready.
Rehearse on camera. Get hard numbers — fillers per minute, pacing, pause control, structure — and coached drills between runs. Not advice. A measurable before-and-after on your own recording.
One-off price. No subscription. Launching with a founding cohort — August 2026.
How it works
Record a 60-second baseline
Talk about your topic, on camera, right now — rough is the point. It becomes your “before.”
See what the numbers say
Fillers per minute. Words per minute against the 130–170 sweet spot. Pause profile. Structure scored against a pro rubric — with the exact lines from your transcript that earned each score.
Drill, re-run, prove it
Short coached drills on your weakest metric — your opening, your pace, your close — then re-record. Side-by-side playback shows the difference. That’s the product: proof, not promises.
What we won’t do
We won’t write your talk
A talk you didn’t write is a talk you can’t deliver. We coach revisions of your words — openings, structure, closes — one step at a time.
We won’t pretend to see your body language
V1 scores what your transcript and timing can actually prove: words, fillers, pacing, pauses, structure. Your video is stored for your own review against a guided checklist — we don’t fake a posture score.
We won’t sell you a subscription
You have an event. You pay once, you get ready, you deliver. If you have another talk next quarter, we’ll be here.
Pick your sprint
Founding-cohort pricing, locked for pre-orders. Full refund if you don’t see a measurable improvement on your before/after.

Fair questions
Why not just use ChatGPT? It’s free.
Use it — it’s genuinely good for talking about your talk. What it can’t do is watch a rehearsal: record your run, count your fillers per minute from timestamps, measure your pacing curve, or show you a before/after of your own delivery. Speaking is a performance skill. You get better by performing, being measured, and re-running — that loop is the product.
How is this different from a human coach?
A good human coach is excellent and costs $25–80+ an hour, booked days out. Yarah is $39 total, available at 11pm the night you start panicking, and never gets tired of your seventh re-run. If you have a keynote career, hire a human. If you have a talk on Thursday, this is built for you.
What do I actually get for the money?
A sprint: short coached sessions built backward from your event date. Each session is drills and scored recordings — not videos to watch. You leave with a measurably tighter talk and the recordings to prove it.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
If your final run isn’t measurably better than your baseline — the numbers are right there — you get a full refund. No forms, one email.
Can it teach me Python / data analysis / other things?
Not yet, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Yarah v1 coaches speaking and presentations. If you want other subjects later, join the waitlist and tell us which.
